Natalie Bennie, MA

Co-Founder

Natalie Bennie is a doctoral candidate in Communication at Penn State University who brings a decade of formal argumentation training and academic communication study to the Neo team. Natalie holds communication degrees from Samford University (B.A.) in Birmingham, AL and Wake Forest University (M.A.) in Winston-Salem, NC. In addition to conducting media trainings and traditional communications strategy, she has advised progressive politicians in speech and debate throughout the nation, experience learned in part by her 2015 selection to the the U.S. National Debate Team. A Fulbright recipient and Rhodes Scholarship finalist, Natalie supports clients with her academic background and real-world advocacy experience.

Claire Brickson

Co-Founder

Claire Brickson is a communications professional with extensive experience in political campaign organization and powerful advocate for amplifying your message. She holds a degree in English and Women's and Gender Studies from The University of the South in Sewannee, TN, where she made headlines fighting sexual harassment and gender discrimination in higher education. She gained initial communications experience speaking to reporters and organizing campus activists, from which she has built a robust background in traditional press relations, digital communications strategy and political ghostwriting.
